By order of His Excellency Duke Arnick Kiranov, Sovereign Ruler of the Principality of Carlisne, all Government officials of the Principality are hereby requested to present themselves at the Throne Room to solemnly renew their oaths of loyalty and allegiance to His Excellency the Duke.
The Ducal Audience will remain open throughout the entire day today, Sunday, August 16, allowing each official to appear before His Excellency and fulfill this solemn act of loyalty and commitment to the Royal House, the Principality, and its institutions.
