Welcome, all of you.

First and foremost, the government of the Principality of Carlisne is pleased and proud to welcome you to the opening of this embassy here in the ancient and culturally rich lands of the Emirate of Al Muhar.

It is said that here, at dawn, Qasr Al Muhar shines like gold; at night, it listens. May its stones remember every wish made. ...So I will make one for us all.

May the bond we will forge between this legendary land and that of our sovereign principality be as strong as rock, as soft as silk, and as precious as a diamond.


May the relationships built here endure, grow, and never be broken.


Together, our respective nations will build a better and more equitable world where we can all prosper in harmony.
